Chapter 3 is all about the strange twists and turns involved in measuring and perceiving time. New research suggests that the relativity of time applies in the context of exercising too! When we exercise, time slows down! At least time as we perceive it. Here's an article from Popular Mechanics discussing the research: https://www.popularmechanics.com/science/a69124635/time-moves-slower-for-humans-location/, and here's the research itself: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/brb3.3471.
